WE NEED YOUR OLD TIPM RETURNED TO US
We repair these TIPMs in our facility – that’s why we need your old part (THE CORE)returned to us. We send you a Remanufactured TIPM from our stock, then you return your old TIPM to us. Additional core deposit may be required for certain part numbers. We will refund you core deposit as soon as you return the core to us.
DISREGARD FUSES AND RELAYS PLACEMENT ON THE IMAGES
Placement of external fuses and relays depends on your car options set and may vary. The TIPM will arrive with set of spare fuses and relays in a plastic box. Transfer all external fuses and relays from your old TIPM in correct order.

RETURNING YOUR CORE
Core (your old TIPM) return is a part of purchase transaction. We send you a TIPM from our stock, then you return the core to us.
Please return your core within 15 days of purchase. Use the same packaging as we sent you the TIPM. You pay for return shipping. Return address sticker is included in the package. Include note that you are returning your old TIPM, your contacts and description of issues your TIPM has has. Your core must be complete, no missing parts, not physically damaged, not flooded (from flooded vehicle).
1 YEAR WARRANTY
This TIPM is covered by our warranty (non-transferrable). Warranty void if the item is flooded, damaged or burned. We are not responsible for any labor costs – part only warranty. We will repair this TIPM if it fail.
RETURN POLICY
If your issue was misdiagnosed, your problem was not fixed by replacing the TIPM, you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, you can return it within 15 days for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
